What is Jump On It?
Jump On It is an awesome daily deal website. Click

I want to buy todays deal, how do I do it? It's really easy. Just click on the "Buy Now" button on the deal page to go to the purchase page.
If you're a member, sign in using your email address and password. If you're new to Jump On It, Create an Account,
by popping in your details and hitting "Sign Up".
Now that you're signed in, choose the quantity in the drop-down box at the top of the page.
Fill in your payment details and click on "Complete Order".
That's it, you've Jumped On It!
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Don't panic, it's easily fixed! Where you would normally enter your password when you sign in, you can click on the underlined tab that says "Forgot your password". Enter your email address and we will we email you a new password.
Or you can click
here for direct access.
You can change it to something easier to remember in your account area. Just login using your email address and the new password and go to the My Account area and Edit my account, then choose a new password.
If not enough people buy the deal that day what happens?
The deal is "On" only if a minimum number of people agree to "Buy Now" within 24 hours. If we don't get the numbers then the deal doesn't go ahead and you won't be charged. You'll know the deal is on when the deal page says "The Deal is ON... and selling fast - don't miss out!"
How long do I have to use my voucher?
All Jump On It vouchers do expire, so check your voucher for the expiry date. No need to panic though, there should be plenty of time to redeem your deal.
I've got my voucher. How do I redeem my deal?
Your redemption instructions are in the top right hand corner of the voucher. Simply follow these steps to contact the business and redeem your deal.
Don't forget to take your voucher with you when you claim your deal, as the business will collect your redemption code at this stage.
I didn't get my voucher. What do I do now?
No worries! Your vouchers are accessible to you when you sign into your account.
- Pop on to www.JumpOnIt.com
- Sign in to your account (top right hand corner)
- Click on the "My Account" link
- When you're in your account, hit the "My Purchases" tab
- Then you can view and print all your vouchers
I can't contact the business... what's going on?
Well this is no fun for you!
As you can imagine, the first few weeks after a great deal runs is a very busy time for our featured businesses.They are often inundated with calls from members just like you wanting to book in.
Be patient, just remember that the voucher is good until the end of the expiry date!
Can I buy today's deal as a gift for a friend or family member?
Yes, you can buy Jump On It vouchers to give as presents (Ooo! Your friends will be ecstatic!). Most of the businesses who offer the deals are happy to have them given as gifts. Some however don't allow gifting. Read "Conditions" on the deal page to double check before you buy.
If you want to purchase a voucher as a gift, remember to tick the "Send as gift" box while filling out your voucher details on the purchase page. You can enter your friend's email address if you want to send it straight to them or to make it more personal, you can enter your email address if you wish to print it out and give it to them yourself.
Just like remembering to take the price tag off a present, we'll remove the price you paid for the voucher. The value will remain though, so your friends can see how awesome your gift is and what exactly they are entitled to from the featured business!
If my name is on the voucher can I still give it away?
No, we're afraid not. To protect all Jump On It members, you can only redeem a voucher carrying your name. When you redeem the voucher the featured business will check your name off against the list they receive from us. If you want to give a Jump On It voucher as a gift, please tick the "send as a gift box".
If you make a boo boo, please contact the Customer Support Team and they can make the name change and update the voucher for you.
The voucher was worth more than I last spent in one visit. Can I use the rest later?
Sorry, but unless it says so on the voucher you can only use it once and there is no credit for any leftover value. So try to use it all up when you first go along!
To get an OUTRAGEOUS deal can I use my Jump On It voucher with any other offers or specials?
That'd be kind of mean to the featured business, don't you think? So no. Unless the Jump on It voucher says so, it can't be used with any other offer.
When do I pay? Is there a joining fee?
You only pay when you choose to "Buy Now" for a particular deal, and if the deal goes ahead. There is no membership fee to join Jump On It.
I am not getting my Daily Deal emails, what is going on?
Your spam filter does a good job but sometimes it can stop you from receiving our daily deals, which means you might miss out! You can add us to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure you receive notice of all the deals.
I want to unsubscribe from Daily Deal emails?
If you would like to unsubscribe from the daily deal emails, just click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Jump On It deal email. If on the website, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click the
unsubscribe link. If you are subscribed to multiple cities, you will need to unsubscribe using a copy of each city's deal email individually. Sorry to see you go.
How secure is Jump On It?
We are really, really careful with your information, we use SSL Technology to securely process your credit card details and at no time is this information stored on our servers. Whenever you make a purchase, you should see a padlock in your browser. If you don't see a padlock, just give us a call on 1800 586 766.
I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Jump On It has a "5 day - No Questions Asked, Money Back Guarantee" so if you change your mind within this period, a refund is no problem. We can pop the money back onto the credit card you used to make the purchase. Please advise us if your credit card details have changed.
If there is a reason you want a refund beyond the 5 Days, contact our Customer Support Crew on 1800 586 766 to discuss your options.
Do you have Gift Cards? How do I buy one?
A Jump On It Gift Card can be used to Jump On these amazing deals and is therefore worth up to 10 times what you would pay for the same experiences at retail! So if your friends and loved ones enjoy going out and having fun - spoil them with a Jump On It Gift Card.
You can purchase your gift card by signing in, scrolling to the bottom of our website and clicking the
Give a Gift Card tab. Simply Pop in your name, the giftee name, their email address, your personal message and the amount you wish to give. You can even choose the day you wish to send it and also a funky design to customise it! Then click "Order a Gift Card".
This will take you to the payment page, fill out the relevant information, click complete order and Voila - all done!
I just received a Gift Card, how do I redeem?
Congratulations, somebody loves you! In the email you received notifying you of your gift card, simply click the "redeem your gift card" button. This will direct you to our website. If you are a Jump On It member simply sign in and your gift card amount will be automatically credited into your account ready to use.
If you are not a member, you will be prompted to create an account. Once your account is created, it will be automatically credited with the gift card amount.
How do I Refer A Friend? How do I get my $10 referral credit?
We're giving $10 in Jump On It credits for every friend you refer when they make their first purchase. It's our way of saying "thanks" for spreading the word. Jump On It credit never expires and can be used with all Jump On It purchases except special promotional offers.

here to see your options.
Facebook

If you see a deal you think your friends will love, you can post it to your Facebook wall and include a status update, if you like. This will appear on your Profile as well as your friends News Feeds. If your friends click on the link, and purchase the deal you get $10 Jump On It credit. Simply click on the Facebook icon and follow the prompts.
Twitter

You can also post a link to your Twitter feed. Just hit the Twitter icon and you will be directed to sign into your Twitter account. The link will appear, you can also add your own thoughts to encourage your followers to purchase the deal. So long as they use the link provided, you get $10!
Email

You can send your friends an email link that will direct them to a deal they might like. Simply hit the email icon that will generate an email you can send to them. If they click on the link, they'll be directed to our website. They must sign in or create an account and purchase the deal you have referred them to. As long as they have clicked on that link in the email, you'll get your $10 Referral credit.
If the email tab doesn't generate an email for you to send, you can cut and paste your unique link into an email and forward to your friends. Again, so long as they use your unique link to sign in and purchase the deal you have referred to them, you will receive your $10 per new referred friend.
How your credit works?
Your credits never expire and can be redeemed against all of our offers except special promotional offers which we will run now and then. When purchasing a voucher your credits are automatically applied to reduce the price by between $5 and $10 depending on the offer. You will be able to see your referral credit when you sign into your account.
Don't forget - it needs to be your friends first purchase with Jump On It and they must use the link you provided, otherwise you may miss out!
What if the business I bought the Jump On It voucher from closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher within the validity period, please contact the Customer Support Crew and they'll get it sorted.
